With a strong background in financial accounting, tax, and management reporting, he leads the technical delivery of our services — ensuring every figure is accurate, every return is compliant, and every report tells a clear financial story.

Kudzai Midzi
Business Advisory Director
Kudzai is a strategic thinker and business advisor with deep expertise in financial management, governance, and organisational transformation. He holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Change and Development from the University of Manchester, as well as undegraduate degrees in both Economics and Accounting. He also brings structured delivery skills through formal project management qualification.
Over the years, Kudzai has worked with entrepreneurs, leadership teams, and boards to improve decision-making by embedding finance into the heart of strategy and operations. His blend of technical knowledge and organisational development insight enables him to support clients not just with numbers, but with the systems and structures that drive growth.
